An Agreement on Cooperation and Interaction was Concluded with the United Nations Association of Russia

On 3 May 2019 in Moscow, the Secretary-General of the United Nations Association of Russia Alexei Borisov and the Director of the Center for Political Analysis and Information Security Svyatoslav Andrianov signed an agreement on cooperation and interaction between the two organizations.
United Nations Association of Russia is an international public organization founded for promotion the goals and principles proclaimed by the UN Charter, as well as for participation in building trust and friendship between states and peoples.
With its outreach capacity for public diplomacy, the UN Association has been successfully implementing a number of programs and projects for the last 50 years at both domestic and international levels.
Since its creation in 1956, United Nations Association of Russia has proclaimed the support of the United Nations to be the purpose of its activity. This implies, as defined in its Charter, the maintenance of peace and security, the development of friendly relations between nations based on respect for the principle of equal rights and self-government of peoples, implementation of international cooperation in resolving international problems of an economic, social, cultural and humanitarian nature, promotion and development of respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms for everybody regardless of racial origin, gender, language and religion.
