About the Center for political analysis and information security
The Center for Political Analysis and Information Security was founded in 2010. It was registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation in the Novgorod region in the form of a regional non-governmental organization.
In 2014, in order to increase the efficiency of interaction with representatives of civil society, research and lobbying organizations in the European Union, a branch of the Center was opened in Germany. It is registered on the territory of the Federal state of Baden-Württemberg and since that time has been a member of the German Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
In 2016, by decision of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation, the Center was redesignated the international non-governmental organization “Center for Political Analysis and Information Security” (abbreviated name INGO “CPAIS”).
In 2018, by decision of the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC), the Center was granted special consultative status with the UN-ECOSOC.
Also in 2018, the Center received the DUNS number in the Dun & Bradstreet international registry. D-U-N-S Number is 521446247.
In 2019, the Center was admitted to membership of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Russia.
The Center is an international, non-governmental, research organization that studies international security issues and conducts regular monitoring of political situation in the countries of the post-Soviet era.
The Center has a network of its own correspondents in the regions of the Russian Federation and 9 countries of the former Soviet Union. It cooperates with Russian and foreign organizations dealing with international security issues.
The Center cooperates with Russian and foreign experts in the field of international security, including political scientists, sociologists, military experts and international scholars.
Its employees participate regularly in the specialized seminars, roundtables and conferences both in Russia and abroad.
